Do you agree to communicate any negative feedback directly to Willow & King to allow the opportunity to have issues reviewed and resolved?
Do you agree to report any issue with Willow & King's website, the shopping and browsing experience, the ordering and shipping process, and product quality directly with Willow & King?
Do you agree to provide any positive reviews of the brand and products in written form via website product listing reviews, TrustPilot, and Facebook when possible?
If selected for the Ambassador Program, do you agree to sign up for our mailing list to stay up-to-date with the information and promotions we communicate to our customers?
Do you agree to complete simple, quarterly Ambassaor Program Check-In Questionnaires as an opportinuty to: stay on the same page with our goals, receive support as an Ambassador, and provide feedback to Willow & King as we grow?
If you feel Willow & King is no longer a good fit for your values or lifestyle, do you agree to let us know if you have any concerns or would wish to respectfully part ways?

Participation Agreement

I understand the information outlined in the Ambassador Program Guide, and agree to the participation requirements. Additionally, I understand that my Ambassador benefits will be revoked if I do not uphold the participation requirements, or go against Willow & King Boutique's mission. I understand that my participation in the Ambassador Program is voluntary. The Ambassador Program is subject to change, and any changes will be communicated to Ambassadors at the email address provided to Willow & King on this form, but I acknowledge that Willow & King reserves the right to terminate my Ambassador status at their discretion, with or without notice, at any time and for any reason.
