YES! We are brand new small company, but we assure you we're real! Trust us, we KNOW there is nothing more frustrating that sketchy online stores. We have hand-picked US based suppliers and we shop from the store ourselves. Seriously, message us asking for photos of the items being worn and we'll show you because we love them! :) We've been verified by TrustPilot and our customers can leave item reviews directly on our site as well. Joining our Rewards/Loyalty Program at Willow & King Boutique offers exclusive benefits such as earning points for every purchase, receiving special discounts on birthdays, accessing early sales, and enjoying member-only promotions. The program rewards loyal customers with discounts, freebies, and personalized offers to enhance their shopping experience. First off, you earn 20 points just for creating a free store account (which is super helpful to keep track of your order history, payment options, and, of course, your rewards and available coupons!). You earn 1 point for every $1 spent. When you reach 200 points (it hapens faster than you'd ever think!) then you get a reward of 15% off an ENTIRE order! We also periodically add bonus ways to earn and redeem points, so be on the lookout!

We have partnered with various wholesale suppliers and have warehouses in various states. To expedite the shipping process, your items will ship from the appropriate warehouse as soon as your order comes through! Some of your items may be together (or all of them) or they may be separate. The way ecommerce looks has chnaged drastically over the past few years, but every decision we make to run our store is to ensure you get the best service possible. Customers can easily track their orders on Willow & King Boutique by logging into their account and accessing the 'Order History' section. Here, they can view the status of their orders, track shipments, and get real-time updates on delivery. It's a convenient way to stay informed about their purchases. We also email shipping noticiation updates!
