ETHICS
We value transparency and building relationships with our community of customers. We use a drop-shop model to fulfill orders, meaning orders ship directly from independent suppliers. We care deeply about quality and customer satisfaction. For this reason, we have partnered solely with US-based suppliers whom we have vetted out and hold to a high level of standards. All of our suppliers are verified and regulated by a third-party company to ensure our Supplier Standards Agreement is upheld with each of our suppliers. Our personal closets are full of items from our shop—we do not sell things we would not buy or wear ourselves.
We are a small business and our image matters to us. We value feedback and want to hear from you. If our website, shopping experience, or the quality of our product is less than satisfactory, please contact us at hello@willowandking.com so we can make it right, identify underlying issues, and prevent them from happening in the future. We are not in the business of making a million one-time sales. We want to be a store our customers know and trust for years to come. We care about how you spend your hard-earned money and appreciate your support and business. SHIPPING POLICY
We take pride in the fact that all our products are shipped from right here within the USA! At this time, we do not ship to other countries. It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as between 5-8 business days.
Items that are print to order, like most of our graphic t-shirts, are 5-10 days fulfillment with an estimated delivery of 7-9 days.
Please mind that national disasters and extreme weather may cause shipping delays. Shipping updates will be emailed to you at the email provided upon checkout.
RETURNS POLICY
We are committed to providing you with high-quality and excellent customer service. If there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us so we can make it right for you.
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 5 days of the items being received.
Items that are print to order, like most of our graphic t-shirts, are custom printed by size, color, and design and are not eligible for return unless there is a supplier error. Please read size charts carefully prior to ordering.
Returns must comply with our supplier's criteria which states the item(s) must be received undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached within 14 days from when items are delivered. A restocking fee may apply if items are not returned in the condition in which they were shipped, including in original packaging with product information if applicable. Refunds will be only be issued to original form of payment or in the form of a Willow & King Boutique gift card if the customer chooses, only after items are received and condition is verified.
